The famous blogger and entrepreneur Danny Choo will join us at DoKomi 2019 again! Danny is a multitalent, who built ab up a remarkable career in Japan as well as a impressive fan community worldwide with his various projects.

His first big hit and the foundation of his path is his popular blog "Culture Japan", where he has shown us his view on Japan for many years. He also introduced his mascot Mirai Suenaga there, which is now part of the official japanese tourism marketing strategy. (and has actually been printed even on planes. :D) He's also part of several TV productions inside and outside of Japan.

Right now he's developing his own start up, which produces and develops so called "Smart Dolls". At DoKomi he will also bring his new collection and present it!

Trough all this he has always stayed true to his roots in the fancommunity, which is why think of him as a good role model. He's very active at conventions in the US and all over South East Asia. Maybe now Europe will follow. :)

We hope our community can learn from him and that trough this the international exchange trough japanese culture can be supported in a good and sustainable way! We wish you all a lot of fun and many positive things to remember! :D
