We will meet at 3:00 p.m. at the entery in the Japangarden and are happy to wait 15 minutes for latecomers. Then we will look for a suitable corner in the park where we can relax and take photos, chat, etc.

Wir treffen uns um 15:00 Uhr am Eingang im Japangarten und warten gerne 15 Minuten auf Nachzügler. Dann suchen wir uns eine geeignete Ecke im Park, wo wir uns entspannen, Fotos machen, plaudern usw. können.

Where does the gathering take place?

On Sunday at 15:00 o`clock

We meet in the Japan garden at the entrance

Events in the building can only be attended with a valid ticket. Get your ticket for DoKomi now.

What is the schedule of the gathering?

Wir warten ca. 15 Minuten lang am Treffpunkt auf Nachzügler. In der Zeit kann natürlich schon miteinander geredet werden und sich kennengelernt werden.



Anschließend kommt jeder Cosplayer nacheinander an die Reihe und kann jeweils 2 Posen machen. Fotografen haben je 3 Sekunden Zeit diese zu fotografieren. Die 3 Sekunden werden von Einem vorher ausgewählten freiwilligem laut runtergezählt. Danach kann der Cosplayer selbstständig die Pose wechseln.

Sobald alle Cosplayer fotografiert wurden kann noch gemütlich miteinander geredet werden und Kontakte ausgetauscht werden.

We wait for latecomers at the meeting point for about 15 minutes. During this time you can of course talk to each other and get to know each other.

Each cosplayer then takes a turn and can do two poses each. Photographers have 3 seconds each to photograph them. The 3 seconds are counted down loudly by a pre-selected volunteer. The cosplayer can then change the pose independently.

As soon as all cosplayers have been photographed, you can chat comfortably with each other and exchange contacts
