When and where will DoKomi 2024 take place?
DoKomi 2024 will take place from June 28-30 at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition center and the adjacent Congress Center Süd. In 2023, DoKomi took place on more than 130,000 m² in the Congress Center Süd, halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 7 and 9 and the adjacent indoor areas, offering more than enough space for a wide variety of program items.

How do I apply as an exhibitor?
The application phase will run from 01 December 2023, 8 pm, to 29 February. During this time period, applications can be submitted via the following online portal:
https://exhibitors.dokomi.de/en
Note: The portal will be reactivated for the start and is currently not available.
In the form, you can enter all the information about the desired booth type, booth size, additional services, etc. There you will also find all necessary information about prices, our terms and conditions and other topics that are relevant for you and must be observed as an exhibitor.
After sending the form you will receive a confirmation of receipt and you can access your booking at any time with your login to view the details again.
**Note: You can still edit your booking until you receive the booth confirmation or cancellation.
After the end of the registration phase we check all received bookings and then send the acceptance or rejection. If you have been accepted, you will also receive the invoice for your booking with the acceptance.
