When and where will DoKomi 2025 take place?

DoKomi 2024 will take place from 6 - 8 June at the trade fair Düsseldorf and the adjacent Congress Center Süd. In 2025, we will be using over 200,000 m² of space within the trade fair area and will be using the halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10 and 17 in addition to the Congress Center Süd. Each hall will have a thematic focus - our aim is to provide a stage for all aspects of the fan scene.

The location is further enhanced by the neighbouring Nordpark with its diverse photo opportunities and also benefits from the special role of Düsseldorf, which is home to the third-largest Japanese community in Europe and a large number of Japanese companies.

How do I apply as an exhibitor?

Applications can be submitted from 19 October 2024, 20:00 to 31 January 2025, 23:59:59 via the following online portal: https://exhibitors.dokomi.de/en (the portal will be reactivated at the start and is currently not available)

In the form, you can enter all the information about the desired booth type, booth size, additional services, etc.. You will also find all the necessary information on prices, our terms and conditions and other topics that are relevant to you and must be observed as an exhibitor there.

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation and can access your booking at any time with the login you have created to view the details again.

Note: You can still edit your booking until you receive your booth confirmation or cancellation notice.

After the end of the registration phase, we will check all bookings received and then send out the confirmations or rejections. If you have been accepted, you will also receive the invoice for your booking with the confirmation.
