Opening hours
10 a.m. - 8 p.m.

To make admission as pleasant as possible, access to the indoor area between the halls will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday and at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Access to the individual halls will then be possible from the official opening time.
For VIP ticket holders
Holders of VIP tickets can enter the halls half an hour before the official opening on all three days of the event (i.e., Friday from 12:30 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m.). Up to two accompanying persons can also gain early admission to the halls with them.

Entrances
There are two entrances for visitors on the premises.
At both entrances, baggage checks and ticket inspections are carried out before entering the indoor area. There is also a cloakroom near both entrances where baggage and clothing can be left for a fee. If you have any questions, our team at the visitor information desk is always available to help.
Entrance North
The tram line U78 stops below the north entrance. Please follow the signs to Hall 8b, where the north entrance to DoKomi is located.
Entrance South
Free shuttle buses run from visitor parking lots P1 and P2 to the south area of the exhibition grounds. Alternatively, you can take tram lines U78 or U79 to the Messe Ost/Stockumer Kirchstraße stop. From there, it is about a 15-minute walk to the south entrance of the exhibition grounds.
Safety rules
The following items are NOT permitted on the exhibition grounds: alcohol, drugs, knives, real weapons, and cosplay weapons that do not comply with the weapon regulations.
The following items are permitted: beverage bottles made of glass, plastic, or other materials, spray bottles for deodorant, hairspray, etc.

The A44 motorway runs directly past the exhibition grounds. Take exit 29 Messe/Arena to reach the two large parking lots P1/P2. A free shuttle bus will take you directly to the entrances.

Bus shuttle
You can take the bus from parking lots P1 and P2 to DoKomi and back again in the evening.
Bus stops:
- South entrance (CCD East, only until 8 p.m.))
- North entrance
- P1
- P2
- South entrance (Stadthalle, evenings only)
Shuttle bus times:
- Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. - 2:45 a.m.
- Sunday: 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Pick-up/Drop-off
If someone is driving you to the convention or picking you up, you can briefly stop at the following locations:
- Messe Nord entrance - P2 /Rheinbad - Navigation system: 40474 Düsseldorf, Am Stockumer Höfe - Follow the signs for Rheinbad
Please note: Due to construction work, there is no pick-up/drop-off point available in the south area.
Taxi
- Main taxi stand Messe Nord: Beckbuschstraße
Note: Due to a construction site there is no taxi stand available near the South entrance
Arrival by public transport
From the city center, take tram U78 to the Merkur Spiel Arena / Messe Nord stop for the north entrance located in hall 8b.
To reach the south entrance, you can take the U78 or U79 to "Messe Ost/Stockumer Kirchstraße" and then walk ca. 15 minutes to the south entrance or take bus 722 to "Messe - Center" (the bus 722 also departs from Düsseldorf Central Station). From here, you can reach the south entrance directly.
