Order fees
Since 2023, we have been working with TicketPay as our partner platform for our online shop. This allows us to offer user-friendly and stable order processing as well as more options in the ordering process. TicketPay is also available for inquiries about orders, so buyers can get quick support if they have any questions or problems. A small fee per ticket is charged for these services, which also covers the costs of payment processing. The fees are variable and depend on the total amount of the order.
Crowdfunding
The optional crowdfunding system allows guests to support DoKomi with their donations, which enables us to offer you additional program items, areas, guests of honor, and more. As a thank you for your support, various goodies can be unlocked for certain donation amounts. You can see what these are and when they will be unlocked during the ordering process on the crowdfunding page. There you can also see whether a particular goodie is still available.
Box office
There will be no box office on site. However, if tickets are still available for the desired day(s), they can still be purchased online via the ticket shop.

VRR ticket (Public transport ticket)
The ticket price includes a public transport ticket for the entire VRR area (2nd class, price category C). The VRR ticket is NOT part of the DoKomi ticket and must be downloaded separately later on your TicketPay order page.
