Do I have to personalize the tickets?

No, that is not necessary. The tickets are not personalized, even though the name of the person who placed the order is always printed on each ticket. So, if you have purchased tickets for friends or family members, for example, you can freely pass them on without having to change any details beforehand.

How do I receive my tickets?

After successful payment, tickets will be sent as e-tickets to the email address provided when ordering. Printed tickets will usually be sent by post within 2-3 weeks if you selected them during the order process.

I no longer have the email with the link to my tickets-what can I do?

You can have the tickets resent to you at any time at https://www.ticketpay.de/en/access-to-myticket-portal-simply enter the email address you used when placing your order.

What can I do if I have not received my physical tickets?

Sometimes there are delays in the shipping process or in the mail itself. If more than 6 weeks have passed without you receiving your physical tickets, please contact TicketPay directly so that they can check whether they can be sent again. Please make sure beforehand that the address you provided was correct-sometimes shipments cannot be delivered due to address errors.

Note: Purchasers of the optional physical tickets also have access to eTickets. So there is no need to worry about any problems at the entrance.
