Workshop leader application

Workshop leaders receive a free 3-day pass and, if required, an additional free day ticket for an assistant. If more than one assistant is required, they will receive a day ticket at a 50% discount. These assistants must be actively involved in your workshop => This means that they do more than just click through the PowerPoint presentation.

If several workshops on different topics are accepted by the same workshop leader, an additional 3-day pass and a day ticket for an assistant will be issued per workshop. The 3-day pass is for free use and may be passed on to friends and family.

Workshop leaders who are also exhibitors will receive a discount on their booth invoice equivalent to the price of a 3-day pass instead of a free 3-day pass, as well as a guaranteed booth space. Provided that the workshop and booth registration is completed by December 31. Later registrations will not receive any discounts on their booth booking, but will receive a free 3-day pass.

If an assistant is required, they will receive a free day ticket. If more than one assistant is required, they will receive a 50% discount on their day ticket. One of the assistants may act as a stand representative.

If several workshops on different topics are accepted by the same workshop leader, an additional 3-day pass and a day ticket for one helper will be issued per workshop. These additional tickets cannot be offset against the booth booking, but are for free use and may be passed on to friends and family.
