Press accreditation for the Cosplay Ball

Since our Cosplay Ball thrives on its atmosphere, we unfortunately cannot automatically grant access to the Cosplay Ball to every person with a press ticket. Therefore, there is a separate Cosplay Ball press ticket.

If you are interested, please send your accreditation request separately by email to ball@dokomi.de.

Press kit

In our press kit, you will find information, logos, and images so that you can expand your report with facts, logos and impressions.

General information

If you have any questions, comments, etc., please send us an email at presse@dokomi.de.

  • The press ticket allows you to enter 30 minutes before the event opens.
  • Interviews with guests of honor and skipping the queues in certain areas are only permitted with prior consultation. Please send us a quick email to inquire.
  • A separate press ticket (see above) is required to attend the Cosplay Ball.
  • If you need more than one ticket for your team, please describe exactly who else is coming and why this person is relevant for the coverage.
  • After the coverage, please send us the links or scans to the report by email so that we can add them to our library and include them for future accreditation requests.
  • We only have a limited number of press tickets. Therefore, we cannot accept every request. Requests are processed according to relevance: this means that smaller projects may be accepted, even though we might have rejected larger projects. Small projects also have the chance to interview guests of honor! Just ask us!
  • We reserve the right to decline accreditation requests without giving reasons. Possible reasons for a decline could be, for example, minor relevance to us or press accreditations in the past that did not result in any reports.
