Cosplay & Creator Table Application

With our Cosplay & Creator Tables, we aim to offer community members the opportunity to interact with their fans within a structured, time-limited setting organized by us-an ideal option, for instance, for those who do not wish to host a booth for the entire duration of the event.

Successful applicants receive a two-hour meet-and-greet time slot in our dedicated meet-and-greet area, which they are free to structure however they wish. In addition, we provide complimentary tickets for event entry.

The application period for 2027 will soon be published here and also announced via our social media channels.
