From 8.November 2025,
till 31.December 2025,
You can enter all the necessary information in the application form, including your desired booth package and any additional services. All prices, terms of use, and other relevant information that exhibitors need to know are also listed. After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and can access your booking and check its details at any time using the login details you created.
At the end of the application phase, we will send confirmations and rejections by email to the email address used for the booking. If you are accepted for DoKomi 2026, you will receive the booth invoice along with the confirmation email.
DoKomi 2026 will take place from May 29 to 31 at the Messe Düsseldorf exhibition grounds and in the adjacent Congress Center South. In 2026, we will be using over 200,000 m² of space and, in addition to the Congress Center South, we will also be using exhibition halls 1, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10, 16 and 17. This means that the venue offers space for a wide variety of program items!
The adjacent Nordpark, with its diverse photo opportunities, further enhances the location, which also benefits from Düsseldorf's special role as home to the third-largest Japanese community in Europe and a large number of Japanese companies.

Discounted rates apply to fan booths, as we also want to support smaller artists and projects and offer them a stage at DoKomi. Below are some examples of projects we would like to support:
