Hey! Das hier ist ein kleines, nicht professionell geplantes Holostars Event für Fans zum austauschen, quatschen und einfach etwas Zeit miteinander verbringen bevor dann jeder wieder seine Wege geht. Damit jeder Teilnehmen kann, findet das Treffen außerhalb des Convention-Geländes statt, ein Ticket wird also nicht benötigt!
Wir heißen jeden willkommen egal ob mit oder ohne Cosplay! Auch wenn das ein Holostars Meet-Up ist werden wir Hololive, Vshojo, Nijisanji, Avallum, Indie VTuber oder andere Company Liver Fans natürlich nicht wegschicken! Gerade da wir selber auch Fans von anderen Livern sind! Wir freuen uns einfach über jeden Austausch mit anderen! Also fühlt euch herzlich eingeladen trotzdem zu kommen falls ihr Interesse habt <3

Hey! This is a small, not professionally organized Holostars Event for fans to get in contact and hang out together before everyone parts ways to enjoy the convention again. To assure everyone can take part in it, the event will be held outside of the convention center, so there is no ticket needed to attend this meet-up!

We welcome everyone, no matter if in or out of cosplay! And even if this is a Holostars Meet-up, we of course won't exclude Hololive, Vshojo, Nijisanji, Avallum, Indie Vtuber or other company Liver fans! A lot of people are Fans of multiple companies, branches and Livers and we are excited and looking forward to exchange with many people! So feel free to join us as well <3

Where does the gathering take place?

On Saturday at 15:00 o`clock

Wir treffen uns gegen 15:00 Uhr in der Nähe vom großen Brunnen im Nordpark und schauen dann, je nachdem wie voll es dort ist ob wir dort bleiben oder gemeinsam einen anderen Ort suchen. Wir warten ca. 10 Minuten auf Nachzügler sollten wir den Standort wechseln.

We meet around 3p.m. near the big fountain in the "Nordpark". If it's too full there, we will then move to a different location in the park together. Should we change locations we will wait around 10 minutes for people that arrive later.

Events in the building can only be attended with a valid ticket. Get your ticket for DoKomi now.

What is the schedule of the gathering?

Wir treffen uns gegen 15 Uhr am großen Brunnen im Nordpark (nicht der lange, sondern der große Runde) Danach warten wir ca. 10 Minuten auf Nachzügler bevor wir einen Ort für ein paar Gruppenfotos suchen.
Dann würde sich einfach ausgetauscht werden, etwas quatschen und zusammen Zeit verbringen. (Eine Picknickdecke stelle ich ebenfalls bereit, sollten aber viele kommen, wird die kaum reichen, daher ist es gerne gesehen wenn selbst an eine gedacht wird!)
Jeder kann jederzeit gehen oder auch dazustoßen!

Afterwards we simply exchange contacts, chat a bit and just hang-out together. (I will bring a picnic blanket as well, but if more people come, one will hardly be enough so I appreciate if people bring some themselves!)
Everyone can come and go whenever they please! This is just for fun after all!
