DoKomi sees itself not only as a meeting place for fans, but also as a platform for the people who work behind the scenes in the anime scene. With the Convention Conference, we are creating a space for all organizers of anime and fan conventions to exchange ideas, network, and learn from each other.

Welcome to our Convention Conference

Be there when organizers from all over the world meet at the DoKomi Convention.

Our common goal: to promote exchange between organizations, share experiences, and thus strengthen the entire community. Because no matter how big or small a convention is, we are all in the same boat when it comes to creating unforgettable experiences for fans.

Open discussion panels to share best practices and discuss current challenges together
Networking with other convention organizers in a relaxed atmosphere

As a special extra, you will have the opportunity to take part in a guided tour of the DoKomi grounds in advance. Here you will gain exciting insights into the setup, planning, and processes of our convention-and perhaps even find some inspiration for your own events.

Participation

The conference is open to all representatives of existing anime conventions. If you would like to be part of this initiative, please register at tina@dokomi.de by March 1, 2026.
