With our discounted fan booths, we would like to offer artists, fan projects or similar from the primarily non-commercial sector a stage at DoKomi.
If your product range consists primarily of adult products or artwork, you can only exhibit in our separate 18+ area, which has grown significantly over the years and is very popular with our visitors.
Regular fanbooths (package A & B)
Fan booth A includes:
1× table (180 × 80 cm), 1× chair, 1× exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire event duration) for 170€ excl. VAT.
This booth can be shared with a maximum of one other co-exhibitor for a fee 30 € net (please not that the co-exhibitor needs his own ticket).
The banner in the app is included and must be uploaded at exhibitors.dokomi.en.
Fan booth B includes:
2× table (180 × 80 cm each), 2× chair, 2× exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire event duration) for 400€ excl. VAT.
This booth can be shared with a maximum of one other co-exhibitor for a fee 30 € net (please not that the co-exhibitor needs his own ticket).
The banner in the app is included and must be uploaded at exhibitors.dokomi.en.
Professional fan booths (Package C & D)
Fan booth C includes:
2×3 meter (depth×width) booth area, 2× table (180 × 80 cm each),1× chair, back walls, 2× exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire event duration) for 500€ excl. VAT.
The fan booth is a corner booth and CANNOT be shared.
The banner in the app is included and must be uploaded at exhibitors.dokomi.en.
A banner in our physical program booklet can be booked optionally for a fee.
Fan booth D includes:
2×6 meter (depth×width) booth area, 3× table (180 × 80 cm each), 2× chair, back walls, 3× exhibitor ticket (valid for the entire event duration) for 1.050€ excl. VAT.
The fan booth is either a corner OR peninsula booth. The booth type (corner or peninsula) is selected by the organizers taking the hall layouts into account and cannot be selected by the exhibitor.
This booth type CANNOT be shared.
