Use of the official logistics partners of Messe Düsseldorf
The forwarding companies DB Schenker (for parcel shipments) and Kuehne & Nagel (for larger goods deliveries, e.g. pallets) are the two official logistics partners of Messe Duesseldorf. They can be used to ship goods to the trade fair - both by businesses and private individuals.

Use of your own supplier:
It is of course also possible to use another service provider. The following points must be observed by the client and supplier:

In addition, please always state the exhibition hall in which your booth is located, the booth number, the booth name and your name.
Deliveries are only possible during the official DoKomi set-up times.
Neither the DoKomi team nor Messe Düsseldorf can accept shipments for an exhibitor or fan booth or assume liability for a shipment. The customer must ensure that the consignment can be accepted by him personally or, if available, by one of his assistants.
