Exhibitor and fan booth tickets


Each stand booking already contains a different number of free exhibitor tickets, which are automatically added to the booking.

For exhibitor stands, four tickets are always included, regardless of the stand size booked.

For fan booths, the number of tickets included depends on the booth package booked - package A, for example, contains only one ticket, package D contains three.

I need additional tickets

If you need more tickets than are automatically included in your booking, you can add more tickets in the "Additional services" > "Exhibitor tickets" section either directly when booking or at a later date.

It is also possible to purchase tickets on site at the exhibitor information desks (while stocks last). However, for better planning and to save you time and effort, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance.

You will receive a separate invoice with payment details for tickets added at a later date and requested after the stand has been confirmed by our team. These will be added to the total invoice for the stand before the confirmation is received.


I need tickets for my booth assistant(s) - can I also book exhibitor tickets for them?

The option "Exhibitor tickets" can also be used if you need tickets for one or more booth helpers. There are no separate helper tickets.


Do tickets have to be personalized?

No, this is not necessary. Although the name of the person who made the booking is automatically noted on the tickets, the tickets can still be freely passed on to your helpers or any co-exhibitors. Scanning at the entrance only checks whether the ticket itself is valid and the ticket holder is not already in the building.

If you wish, you can still optionally personalize the tickets on the TicketPay page, for example to simplify the internal allocation of tickets.


I have booked additional tickets but don't need all of them - can I get a refund or sell the tickets I don't need?

We ask for your understanding that neither refunds nor resale are possible for exhibitor tickets.


When will the exhibitor tickets be sent out?

Booked and already paid exhibitor tickets are expected to be sent to you by e-mail in May. We will announce the dispatch in advance so that you can contact us if you do not receive any tickets or if there are problems with the number of tickets.
