Parking information for exhibitors / fan booths

In order to park as an exhibitor on or near the exhibition grounds during the event, one of the two optional parking tickets that can be booked in the exhibitor system is required. A distinction is made between the parking ticket for cars (maximum dimensions: height 2m, width 2.50m, length 5m) and the parking ticket for larger vehicles, such as sprinters.

Car parking tickets can primarily be used for parking in parking area P5 directly opposite the south entrance, while the parking ticket for larger vehicles entitles the holder to park on the inner grounds of the trade fair center behind the halls and thus outside the visitor areas to enable easier transport of goods etc.

As the parking areas are still subject to change, an overview map will be made available at a later date.

Prices:

Parking ticket car: 60 € net (FRI - SUN)

Parking ticket sprinter/van/car with trailer: 105 € net (FRI - SUN)

FAQ:

Do I also need a parking ticket for set-up and dismantling in order to be able to drive onto the site and park my vehicle there?

No, no parking ticket is required during the official set-up and dismantling periods.

The separate parking tickets are only necessary for the use of the exhibitor parking areas during the official event period from Friday noon to Sunday evening - you can find the exact times HERE.

How will I receive my parking ticket/s?

Parking tickets can be booked as an optional additional service via our exhibitor portal. They can also be purchased on site at the exhibitor information desks (while stocks last). We recommend booking tickets in advance to make planning easier.

Pre-booked parking tickets will be sent by e-mail to everyone who has made and paid for a corresponding booking approximately one month before the event.

Can I leave my vehicle in the exhibitor parking lots overnight?

Yes, that is possible.

Are there alternative parking spaces near the exhibition grounds?

Exhibitors can alternatively use the general parking lots P1 and P2. These are further away from the site, but free shuttle buses commute regularly from there to the main entrances - see the map below. The parking fee is 10 € / day.
